Meraki Holiday Homes has been created for guests who are looking for the opportunity to stay closer to nature. We believe that each guest plays a crucial role in ensuring the tranquility of the surroundings and cleanliness of the house. We, therefore, request all
the guests to respect the house rules and policies.
Check in time is 2 pm IST and Check out is 10:00 am IST. Early check in and late check out depend upon the availability and on prior request.
It is a strictly no-smoking property. For safety reasons and to avoid damage to the furnishings smoking is not allowed inside the house. However, guests can do so in the open areas.
Hukkah is strictly prohibited at our homestay.
To keep the serenity of the environment intact, no loud music, dancing and party/events are allowed at the property.
Self-cooking is not allowed to the guests
The house is cleaned only once every day therefore we request you to play a proactive role in maintaining the cleanliness. Kindly use bins for any trash. Garbage disposal is not easy in Himachal.
No outside guests are allowed other than the guest who make the booking.
Number of guests cannot be increased once the booking is confirmed.
To be in sync with mother nature and save energy, kindly switch off lights, fans, geysers, heaters and other electronic equipment, when not in use or before leaving the house.
We welcome you with a warm heart hoping you treat our house as yours, during your stay here. Our caretaker shall carry out an inspection at the time of check out, in case of any damages; the guests shall be liable for the same with maximum liability amounting to INR 5,000.
Meraki Holiday Homes reserves the complete right to admission. If the guest behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the management, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
Caretaker would be present at the time of check-in and would also be available during the stay of the guests.

For breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks an ala carte menu is available at the property. The guests need to place orders minimum 3 hours in advance. Payment for the same can be made online by bank transfer/Google pay/UPI during check-out
Tea- chest and electric kettle available in rooms at Meraki Retreat and in common area at Berlin House.

An iron and iron board are available at the property and can be provided to the guest on request.

Barbeque (manual) and coal available at an extra cost of INR 300/- (Request to be made in advance)
The booking will only be guaranteed on receipt of 100% advance payment.
• All payments to be made in advance via NEFT/GPay/UPI or a payment link, whichever applicable.
• If cancelled more than 15 days before check-in date: no cancellation charges.
• If cancelled within 8-15 days before check-in date: 50% cancellation charges.
• If cancelled within 7 days of check-in date: 100% cancellation charges.
Each member of the travel group will have to submit a photo Id/Aadhar at the time of confirmation of the booking.
The above is required not only for our own records but also by the local authorities who inspect the hospitality units from time to time.
